Recorded live on September 14, 2026. Unscripted, so the transcript below is lightly cleaned up, not rewritten. Watch on YouTube.
The short version.
- Real content is the anchor. What you actually made comes first. AI-generated content should accompany it, not replace it.
- Every real piece goes everywhere it can live. A YouTube video becomes a blog post on your site, a Google Business Profile post, short clips that point back to it, and a ManyChat keyword that hands people the full resource.
- None of it by hand. Ask Claude how to automate it, then follow the instructions one step at a time.
- This is how our site runs. The Take it and RUN newsletter, the podcast and our AI builds all feed kristijencks.com automatically.

Of AI Musings with Meryl. This is just my quick little live show. I go live on most business days and just share what I'm doing with AI, what's exciting, and how am I using it right now today. And my current fascination is with content distribution. So, many of the real estate agents that I work with work really hard to make a YouTube video or to make a newsletter or to make a podcast or to make a social media piece of content and they only put it on one platform. And I'm starting to see an increase of people making a lot of AI generated content. You know, I'm I'm currently going down a little bit of a rabbit hole with Higgs Field. Not ready to talk about that one yet, but you know, there are so much so many cool things you can do with AI generated content.
But my concern about all forms of AI generated content is just simply that I don't know how well it's going to perform long-term. I think a lot of the search engines are working really hard to suppress it. And so when you can mix content that's real, content that you actually made with some AI generated content to accompany it, I think that will perform a lot better in the long run. So, for example, let's say you make a real YouTube video of you giving tours of properties or talking head videos about advice about buying a home in your town or anything like that. And you made that video, an awful lot of work to make that video and just put it on YouTube.
What you can do is you can also take that YouTube and embed it as a blog post on your website. Perhaps you could do a post about it on your Google My Business page saying, "Hey, check out my new video about XYZ topic. Here's the link." Perhaps you could be using some social media content promoting the video. Now, there's some cons to doing that. You don't often want to go to Instagram and just say, "Boom, here's the link to my new YouTube video." I don't think you can do that, but there's a whole other, you know, avenue of ways to promote your YouTube content on social media. Maybe you turn them into short-form clips and turn them into reels that promote the long-form.
Maybe you use something like ManyChat that, you know, it sends people a "Hey, would you like to see my full tutorial on X, Y, and Z? Comment this keyword." And then they'll receive the resource. But my point is, if you're going to go to all the trouble of making all this content, why not redistribute it? Why not make sure that you're getting it in front of all of the audiences rather than you having to make different pieces of content for each platform. When we set out to make our website, I wanted to take pieces of content we were already making, the Take It and Run newsletter, the Take It and Run podcast, and our Claude for Agents builds, and turn them into videos that can just also live on our website and be repurposed and have blog posts that written up about them that are, you know, following the content of what's actually in the YouTube video.
So, a really cool helpful tip that I would love to recommend is you don't have to know how to manage the distribution of all this content. Let's just assume that you're already making some content. I'd like you to go to your favorite AI, Claude or ChatGPT or whichever one you're using, and say, "Hey, I'm already making this content. I want to do a better job of distributing it across lots of channels, and I want it to be automated. I don't have more time to make sure that I post it on 84 different places. How can I make it so that when I send out my newsletter, poof, it just shows up on my website as a blog post?" Or it just happens to go on my Google My Business page.
All of this can be automated. You just have to ask a Claude how. Maybe it's Zapier, maybe it's a VidIQ connection, maybe there's other thing, maybe there's a scheduled a task or routine that you can schedule in your AI that farms the information out of your email and turns it into a blog post on your website. But, that's where it's starting to get really exciting is content distribution across multiple platforms automated. And if you're not sure how, me neither. Just go to Claude and say, "Hey, I'd love to automate this. How?" And it'll tell you. So, then just follow the instructions one step at a time. Hope you found this information helpful.
