You've Heard of Claude Design. Here's Where It Is and What It Does.

I get on and I go live every day and I just share what I'm working on with AI and you know, what I'm excited about, what I'm talking about, how I'm using it, how I'm helping real estate agents use it. This is very much AI for real estate agents. And so let me share what I've got on my mind with you today. And it is Claude Design. I'm going to be doing a couple of big webinars today and it was I was just I was prepping and going through my slides and getting ready. By the slides were made with Claude Design. But more important than that, I was just realizing, "Oh my gosh, Claude Design touches almost everything I do." And it just blows my mind that there are agents who aren't using it yet.

Like there's agents who are still using Canva. What? Like seriously, you guys, Claude Design, if you have not taken the time to look at it and try it and use it and set it up, it is touching almost everything I do and making it better and easier and faster. So you know, without getting going too deep into the weeds, we have in-depth trainings on our website christyjinks.com that will show you exactly how to set up and use Claude Design. But I just want to show you like once you have created your design system, which is basically where you go in and you teach Claude about your fonts and your logos and your colors and your headshots and your fair housing compliance and your broker and your broker's logo and the variations of your logo and your broker's logo, you kind of upload all of that to Claude.

Think of it like a container that can hold on to all of that. So, next time you need a flyer, just yesterday I was I was being silly. I wanted to send my grandson a silly picture of me and I used Chat GPT. You know, I bet you guys have all done that, right? Make a make a little image of yourself in a box, right? Like you made a Barbie box or like whatever it is that you were working on. And I go to Chat GPT and I said, "Hey, I need this silly image for my grandson." And it was like, "Oh, I need you to upload your headshot so I know how to make it like you." And I was like, "I've already given you my headshot 100 times, okay?" Claude Design doesn't need your headshot again.

Like once you have made once you have given it your headshot and locked it into your design system, you never have to upload your headshot to it ever again. Every time you want to go make a flyer or an open house or a website or anything you want, it's got your headshot. By the way, you can give it a bunch of variations of your headshot. Maybe you have seven different headshots that you like to use. Our design system has a whole ton of different pictures of Christie especially with depending on what we're using and what we what we want to create. So, let me just show you really fast what you can do with Claude Design. So, let me see if I can do a better job of sharing my screen with you all here.

Oh, ding it. That is not Okay, let me try this one more time. I'm trying I am still trying to learn how to use this, everybody, so I appreciate your patience. Claude Design share with audio. Did it do it? Okay, yes, it did it the way I wanted it to this time. Yay! All right. So, this is Claude Design. All right. Now, again, I'm not going to show you how to make a design system right now. You'll need to watch our videos. You're going to make a design system, but once your design system is done, you can with a simple prompt I mean this one right here I just uploaded 10 photos and said make a bunch of real estate related assets. Pretend that this is a listing launch, okay?

And it literally made a single property website. Now, this website doesn't live anywhere. It's not published. It's just designed. If you come later today at 9:00 a.m. Pacific time, I will be teaching you how to use Claude and Claude Design to make a full-blown website and how to get it live on the internet. So, if you're interested in that kind of thing, it's actually really easy to get this website up onto a real website once you have WordPress or a different type of platform connected to it. Right? And then it even took the photos and turned them into a reel, right? Just a slide show of the of the photos with some captions and obviously you can even add In this one I didn't, but you can add a voiceover.

You can add music that you know, a whole bunch of different possibilities of what you can create. It created a listing flyer. It created like just an open house sign-in sheet. Like all sorts of stuff. Now, you might be looking at this and saying, "Oh, you know what? My favorite is actually the carousel post." It does these really great carousel oh, is it the social squares maybe? I don't I don't remember, but anyway you can make all sorts of social media content, carousel posts. I mean, again, this is This was with very little prompting. I just said, "Make me something," right? But you can come in and get really specific and say, "Hey, every time I launch a listing, this is what I want my social media pieces to look like and this is what I want my open house flyers to look like and this is what I want my door hangers to look like." And the next time you go launch a listing, you just put it in and out comes the 13 assets that you need for every single listing.

So, anyway, you guys, Claude design is seriously for me, it's really amazing. It's incredible. It's easy to use. It's fast. It's it's on brand. It doesn't make your face look weird. You ever wonder why does that happen? Why do you when you use ChatGPT and ask it to make a you know, an AI version of it, you know, redo your open house flyer or to create a social media graphic and it sort of distorts the way you look? Well, that's because ChatGPT isn't using your actual image. It is regenerating you using AI and sometimes it's hard to make you look perfect using, you know, pixel by pixel. Claude design doesn't doesn't regenerate you. Claude design uses your actual picture.

And so, that's the big difference and frankly, it's the it's probably the biggest thing that's keeping me in the Claude ecosystem right now compared to ChatGPT. I mean, Claude does lots of amazing things and I love it, but Claude design is the game changer. So, if you have not taken the time to use it or try it or set up your design system,
