The right coaching path depends on three things: your role, where you are right now, and where you want to go. Solo agents often start in Core or Elite. Team leaders, or agents building toward a team, typically work inside Team Growth, Team Mastery, or Team Legacy. For brokerage owners and leadership teams, MGMT is designed to support leadership, operations, and scale.

If you’re unsure which direction fits, that’s normal. The goal is alignment, not pressure.
