The walkthrough

If you make the content and you also post the content, this gives you your afternoon back.

The piece that makes this work is a tool called Blotato. The simplest way to think about it: Blotato is a bridge between where you make your content and everywhere you have to post it. You connect your social accounts to Blotato one time. After that it can push to all of them at once, or schedule for later, from one place.

It connects to the places you post — Instagram, Facebook and Facebook groups, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube. Useful on its own. But the part I love is that it plugs into Claude through an MCP connector. You do not need to know what those letters stand for. It means Claude can talk to Blotato for you, so you never go to Blotato at all.

And it works from anywhere you already are: Cowork, a regular Claude chat, or Claude Design. I can even see my whole posting calendar for the week from inside Claude.

What it costs, said plainly

Blotato is not free. I am on the starter plan and I pay $29 a month, and it is worth it to me purely in the time I no longer spend downloading, uploading, copying and pasting. Check their current pricing before you sign up — mine is what I pay today, not a promise about what you will.

The tool

Blotato is the one paid piece in this build. Everything else is Claude and your own accounts.

Connect it to Claude once

Two things to know before you start, so nothing surprises you halfway through. You need a Blotato account, and it is paid. And the connection between Claude and Blotato is a one-time setup — not something you redo every time you post.

  1. Get the MCP URL from Blotato. It lives in Blotato’s help section. Copy it.
  2. In Claude, open Customization, then Connectors.
  3. Choose Add, then add a custom connector. You will not find Blotato in the search bar, and that is expected — custom is the right path.
  4. Name it, paste the URL, hit Add. Mine is just called Blotato.
  5. Sign in when Claude asks. Claude will ask you to sign into Blotato and give it permission. Mine was already set up, so you will see that step and I did not.

That is it. The connector shows up in your list, and from that point on you can ask Claude to post through Blotato without ever opening the app.

Scheduling straight out of Claude Design

Here is where it comes together. In Claude Design I had a carousel finished and on brand, and I had already approved the caption — that part matters. Then all that is left is telling it when.

Schedule this post for tomorrow at 7 a.m. I want it on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Use my Blotato connector.
Swap in your own time and your own platforms.

Claude talks to Blotato and schedules it — every slide plus the caption, across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Then I went into Blotato to check the calendar, and there it was on the day and time I asked for, on all three.

The shortcut I actually use

Because I have a posting calendar set up in Blotato, most of the time I do not name a time at all. I say use my next available slot and it drops into the schedule I already decided on. I am usually working 7 to 14 days of content ahead.

It is not only static posts

Reels too. I make faceless videos in an ordinary chat on claude.ai — not Cowork, not Design, just chat. There is no special prompt. I told it what I wanted, told it I would be posting through Blotato, and uploaded an audio file to go with it. You could use ElevenLabs for the audio instead; I wanted this one to be my own file.

You can also hand it your own images and let it build the video around them. I gave it my photos, gave it the prompt, and it built and scheduled the reel.

Now think about your listing photos. Or your lifestyle photos. Or images of your city or your town. Give those to Claude, have it build the reel, and have it publish across all of your platforms.

Quote cards out of the work you already did

I am on calls all day solving problems for clients. So I have a Cowork project called daily Zoom content mining: at the end of the day Claude goes through and tells me where I actually said something worth keeping, and turns those into quote cards.

Then I schedule the ones I like, by name.

Schedule these in my next available slot on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. Use quote cards B, C and D.
One send, and all of them land on the calendar.

Now picture recording your best calls of the day — the advice you gave, the questions you answered — and letting Claude pull the content out of work you were already doing.

Do the brand guide first

The reason I can make this much content this fast and still have it look like me is that I took the time to set up my brand guide in Claude Design — my voice, and the photos I want it using. Merrill and I walked through that step by step in its own build.

The whole loop

Connect Blotato to Claude one time. Make your content wherever you work — Cowork, chat, or Claude Design. Tell Claude to post it on your schedule. Everything goes out to the channels you picked. No more downloading, uploading, copying and pasting.

What is the first thing you would make? Blotato is here when you want to try it.

Questions agents ask

Before you connect anything.

Is Blotato free?

No, and the video says so plainly. It is a paid tool. Kristi is on the starter plan at $29 a month as of filming, so check the current pricing yourself before you sign up.

Do I have to set up the connection every time?

No. Connecting Blotato to Claude is a one-time setup. You add it as a custom connector, sign into Blotato when Claude asks for permission, and after that you just tell Claude to use it.

Where do I make the content?

Wherever you already work. Kristi builds carousels and quote cards in Claude Design, makes faceless videos from a regular chat on claude.ai, and mines quote cards in Cowork. All three hand off to Blotato the same way.

What does this look like for a real estate agent?

Listing photos, lifestyle photos or images of your city become a reel. You give Claude the photos and the prompt, it builds the video, and then it schedules the post across your platforms. Kristi works 7 to 14 days ahead.

Posting is solved once this is running. Making enough good content to post is the harder half, and it is the thing AI Marketing Academy has the deepest library on. Here is what you actually get inside it.
