Claude for Agents · Tool guide

One chat. Every platform. Zero uploading.

Blotato is the tool that lets Claude post for you. Connect your Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest and YouTube to it once, and from then on you make the content wherever you like and say “schedule it.” This is everything we know about using it as a real estate agent: the setup, the prompts we actually run, the free skills, and the catches.

That button is our affiliate link. It costs you nothing extra and pays us a little if you subscribe. Kristi pays for Blotato herself and used it for months before there was a link.

  • 10-minute setup, once
  • 5 copy-paste prompts for agents
  • 8 free Claude skills

Every one of these is a real piece from a listing launch kit we built in Claude Design, on our brand system, and the whole set goes out through Blotato without opening a single social app. The address is a home we sold; every price, date and number on these demo pieces is fictitious.

The guide

Making the content was never the bottleneck. Posting it was.

Every agent I coach has the same afternoon. You made a great Just Listed graphic. Now you download it, open Instagram, upload, write a caption, open Facebook, upload, rewrite the caption, open LinkedIn, resize because the crop is wrong, and by the time you get to TikTok you have decided TikTok can wait. TikTok waits forever.

Blotato is a publishing tool. You connect your social accounts to it one time, and then it posts or schedules to all of them from one place. That alone would be useful. What makes it belong on this site is that Blotato also exposes itself to Claude as a connector. Which means you never open Blotato either. You finish a post in Claude and say schedule this for Thursday at 7 a.m. on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and it is done.

It covers the places agents actually post: Instagram, Facebook pages and groups, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube, X and Bluesky. It also pulls analytics back, which is where the second half of this page gets interesting.

What it costs, said plainly

Blotato is not free. Kristi is on the starter plan and pays $29 a month as of this writing. It is the one paid piece in this whole system. Everything else is Claude and your own accounts. Check their current pricing before you sign up, because plans and limits change and what we pay today is not a promise about what you will.

That is our affiliate link. It costs you nothing extra and pays us a little if you subscribe. We used Blotato for months before we ever had a link, and we would keep using it without one. You deserve to know which links have money attached.

Connect it to Claude once

Two things before you start. You need a Blotato account with your social accounts already connected inside it. And this is a one-time setup, not something you redo every time you post.

  1. 1
Open Claude and click the plus
The + next to the message box, the same one you use to attach a file. Choose Connectors, then Manage connectors. You can also get there from Settings.
  2. 2
Look for Blotato in the list
If it is in the directory, click Add. If it is not, choose Add custom connector. That is the path Kristi used and it works exactly the same once connected.
  3. 3
Custom path only: paste the MCP URL
Blotato publishes its MCP URL in its help docs under MCP Server. Name the connector Blotato, paste the URL, click Add. You do not need to know what MCP stands for.
  4. 4
    Sign in when Claude asks
Claude bounces you to Blotato to log in and approve, then straight back. That is the permission step. It happens once.
  5. 5
    Prove it took
Start a new chat and paste the prompt below. If Claude lists your connected accounts, you are done fiddling.
Prompt · the connection test
Using my Blotato connector, list every social account I have connected. For each one give me the platform, the account name, and whether it is active.

Then tell me which of those accounts has posting scheduled in the next 7 days, if any.

If you cannot reach Blotato, tell me exactly what failed instead of guessing.

Cannot see Connectors? Usually one of two things. You are on an old version of the app, so quit it fully and reopen, or use Claude in the browser. Or connectors are not included on your plan. If the menu is there but Blotato is not, the custom connector route in step 3 is the answer.

The five prompts we actually run

Everything we do with Blotato is a variation on one of these. They are written for a real estate agent, in the order you would meet them. Paste them in as they are, replace the bracketed parts, and Claude figures out which Blotato tools to call.

1The listing launch pack

One listing, every platform, each caption written for where it lands. LinkedIn gets the neighborhood story and a takeaway. Instagram gets the hook and the details. TikTok gets one line. Note the approval line at the bottom. Leave it in.

Prompt · listing launch
I have a new listing going live. Here are the details and the approved photos or graphics: [PASTE DETAILS OR ATTACH FILES]

Address: [ADDRESS] · Price: [PRICE] · Beds/baths/sq ft: [X/X/X,XXX]
What makes it special, in my words: [TWO OR THREE THINGS]
Open house, if any: [DAY AND TIME]

Write one caption per platform for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Threads. Not the same caption five times. Instagram leads with the hook and the details. Facebook is warmer and invites people to share it with someone who is looking. LinkedIn tells the neighborhood story and ends with one takeaway about this market. TikTok is one line. Threads is under 300 characters.

Use hashtags only where they help, and never more than five. Keep it Fair Housing clean: describe the property, not who should live there. Sound like me: [ONE LINE ABOUT YOUR VOICE].

Then, using Blotato, schedule Instagram and Facebook for [DAY] at [TIME] [TIMEZONE], LinkedIn the next morning at 8 a.m., and TikTok and Threads that evening at 6 p.m.

IMPORTANT: show me every caption, platform, date and time in one table first, and wait for me to say go before you schedule anything.

2Monday numbers, in English

This is the one that changed what Kristi films. Not a dashboard, a straight answer about which kind of content earned saves and shares last week, and what to make more of. For agents the sort matters: listings, tips, market updates and personal posts behave very differently, so we ask for the breakdown by type.

Prompt · Monday numbers
Using Blotato, pull my analytics for the last 14 days across every connected account.

Sort my posts into four buckets first: listings (just listed, open house, just sold), tips and education, market updates, and personal or behind the scenes.

Then tell me, in plain English:
1. Which bucket earned the most saves and shares per post. Ignore likes, they are the least useful number for an agent.
2. My top 3 individual posts and what they have in common: hook, format, length, posting time.
3. My bottom 3 and your honest guess at why. If it is because I posted a listing nobody in my audience could buy, say so.
4. Three specific posts to make this week, based only on what this data shows. Give me the hook and the format for each.
5. Anything here that is a fluke rather than a pattern. Two weeks is a small sample and I would rather hear that than be managed.

No generic social media advice. Only things that come out of my numbers.

3The open house countdown

An open house is a three-post event, not one. Announce it, remind people the day before, and post while you are standing in the kitchen. This gets all three on the calendar in one send, so Saturday morning you are hosting, not typing.

Prompt · open house
I am hosting an open house at [ADDRESS] on [DAY, DATE] from [START] to [END]. Here are the graphics: [ATTACH OR NAME THEM]

Write three posts for Instagram and Facebook:
- Post 1, three days out: the announcement. Lead with the single best thing about the house.
- Post 2, the day before: the reminder. Short, one new detail I did not mention the first time, and directions or parking if it is tricky: [ANY NOTES]
- Post 3, the morning of: "doors open at [START]". Two lines, warm, invite people to bring a friend who is house hunting.

Keep every caption Fair Housing clean and sound like me: [ONE LINE ABOUT YOUR VOICE]. No more than three hashtags each.

Then, using Blotato, schedule post 1 for [DATE] at 9 a.m., post 2 for the day before at 5 p.m., and post 3 for the morning of at 8 a.m., all [TIMEZONE], on Instagram and Facebook.

Show me all three with their dates and times, and wait for me to say go before scheduling.

4Market update: one video, a week of posts

You already did the thinking when you recorded your market update. This gets the text posts out of it without you writing anything from scratch, and asks to see the transcript first because transcription mangles street names and numbers, and those are the two things you cannot get wrong in a market update.

Prompt · market update repurpose
Using Blotato, grab my most recent video post on [PLATFORM] (it is my market update) and transcribe it. Show me the transcript first so I can check the numbers and place names, then stop and wait.

Once I confirm it, write:
- 3 Threads posts, each from a different angle in the video, first line works as a standalone hook, under 300 characters, no emoji, no hashtags.
- 1 LinkedIn post that gives the same update with context for someone who owns a home here and is wondering whether to sell in the next year. End with one question.
- 1 five-slide carousel outline (headline per slide, one sentence each) I can build in Claude Design.

Sound like me: [ONE LINE ABOUT YOUR VOICE]. Do not add stats that were not in the video.

Then schedule the Threads posts one per day, Tuesday through Thursday, at [TIME] [TIMEZONE], and the LinkedIn post for Wednesday at 8 a.m. Show me the schedule and wait for my go.

5Just sold, without the brag

A closing is the best content you will get all month and most agents waste it on “SOLD!” and a key photo. This turns one closing into a client story, a lesson, and a quiet invitation, and asks permission-shaped questions before it writes anything about a real person.

Prompt · just sold
We just closed on [ADDRESS OR "a home in NEIGHBORHOOD"]. Here is what actually happened, in my words: [THREE OR FOUR SENTENCES: WHO THE CLIENTS WERE IN GENERAL TERMS, WHAT WAS HARD, WHAT WE DID, HOW IT ENDED]

Before you write anything, ask me two questions: do I have the clients' permission to name them or show their faces, and is there any detail in my notes they would not want public. Wait for my answers.

Then write:
- An Instagram and Facebook caption for the key photo that tells the story, not "SOLD!". Lead with the hard part.
- A LinkedIn post about the one lesson from this deal that another homeowner or buyer could use.
- A short Threads post that is just the lesson, no story.

Fair Housing clean, no talk about who the "right" buyer for a neighborhood is. Sound like me: [ONE LINE ABOUT YOUR VOICE].

Using Blotato, schedule the Instagram and Facebook posts for my next available slot, LinkedIn the following morning at 8 a.m. Show me everything and wait for my go.

Keep that last line, every time. “Wait for my go” is the difference between a good morning and a very bad one. One wrong caption goes out to five platforms at once, and you cannot unsend a LinkedIn post from a past client’s feed. Reading the schedule takes two minutes.

What we make in Claude Design and send through Blotato

The prompts above are the publishing half. The making half happens in Claude Design, where the brand guide already knows Kristi’s colors, voice and photos, so a carousel or a quote card comes out looking like her on the first try. These are real pieces that went out through Blotato. Nothing here touched Canva or a phone.

The social pieces above go out through Blotato. The print and mail pieces obviously do not, but they came out of the same Claude Design session, from the same listing record, which is the point: enter the listing once and every surface renders.

The full walkthrough of making a post in Claude Design and scheduling it through Blotato, with video, is its own build: Claude Now Posts My Content For Me →

Blotato’s eight free Claude skills

Sabrina Ramonov, who built Blotato, has published a set of eight Claude skills for running social media and gives them away free. A skill is a folder of instructions Claude reads before it starts, so instead of re-explaining your brand and your rules every time, Claude already knows the job. Six of the eight work whether or not you ever pay for Blotato.

Starter · do this first
brand-brief

One-time interview about your business, your customer, your call to action, your story and your voice. Every other skill reads from it. Skip it and the rest will guess.

Starter
content-coach

“I don’t know what to post.” The front door for beginners. It picks the idea and runs the other skills behind the scenes.

Starter
post-writer

Writes the actual post for a named platform, using the brand brief, and hands it to the grader before you see it.

Starter
post-grader

The sleeper hit. Scores a draft and lists the top three fixes. Paste in the caption you were about to post and see what it says.

Starter · needs Blotato
post-scheduler

Ships the finished post through Blotato. This is the one skill that needs the paid tool. Without it, it writes the post to a file for you to paste.

Multiplier
repurpose

One long thing into many short ones. A newsletter, a listing presentation or a transcript becomes LinkedIn posts, threads and short video scripts.

Multiplier
viral-hooks

A library of a hundred proven hook frameworks. Use it when you have the idea and the first line refuses to arrive.

Video · uses credits
generate

Faceless AI video with a spend cap. Drafts a still, checks quality and budget, animates it, then hands off to Blotato.

Installing them

The easy way: in Claude Code or Cowork, go to Plugins, Add Plugin, and paste Blotato’s GitHub address, github.com/Blotato-Inc/blotato-skills. The manual way, for Claude Desktop or claude.ai: download the ZIP from Blotato’s help docs and upload each SKILL.md under Customize, then Skills. Our own Rung 4 explains what a skill is if this is new to you.

Prompt · start the brand brief the agent way
Run the brand-brief skill on me. Before you start asking questions, here is the shape of my business so you can skip the obvious ones:

I AM: a real estate agent in [CITY / AREA], [X] years in, brokered by [BROKERAGE].
WHO I ACTUALLY SERVE: [BE SPECIFIC: first-time buyers in X, downsizing sellers in Y, relocating families, investors]
WHAT I WANT PEOPLE TO DO: [BOOK A CALL / DOWNLOAD MY GUIDE / DM ME "HOME"]
HOW I SOUND: [THREE WORDS], and one phrase I would never say: [PHRASE]
WHAT I WILL NOT POST: [YOUR NO-GO LIST. FOR MOST AGENTS: CLIENT DETAILS WITHOUT PERMISSION, POLITICS, ANYTHING THAT DESCRIBES WHO A NEIGHBORHOOD IS "FOR"]
MY COMPLIANCE LINE: [BROKERAGE NAME AND ANYTHING YOUR STATE REQUIRES ON MARKETING]

Interview me one question at a time to fill the gaps. When you are done, save the brief so the other skills can read it.

Order of operations: brand-brief, then content-coach, then post-writer, then post-grader, then publish. When agents tell us “the output sounds generic,” it is because they skipped straight to post-writer. It sounds generic because you never told it who you are. If you already did our Teach Claude Your Brand build, paste that in as the starting point.

The one paid piece
Six of the eight skills are free forever. Post-scheduler is the one that needs a Blotato account.

What an agent’s real week looks like

Not the fantasy version. Two proper sittings and a handful of two-minute approvals. Everything else on this page is one of these four steps.

Monday · 10 min

Ask what happened

Prompt 2. Find out what got saved and shared, by bucket. That decides what gets made this week, not what you feel like posting.

Tuesday · 1 sitting

Make it in a batch

Record the market update, shoot the listing walk-through, build the carousels and quote cards in Claude Design. One outfit, one setup, one afternoon.

Wednesday · 20 min

Caption and schedule

Prompts 1, 3 and 4. Claude writes per-platform captions and shows you the whole schedule. Read it properly, fix two captions, say go.

As it happens · 5 min

Closings and wins

Prompt 5 the day you close. The story is fresh, the photo is on your phone, and it lands in your next available slot.

Prompt · the Monday review, all in one
Using Blotato, give me my Monday content review.

1. Pull last week's performance across every connected account and compare it to the week before. What moved, up or down.
2. Which single post earned the most saves and shares, and specifically what made it work.
3. Which listing posts, if any, got real engagement, and which were ignored. Tell me honestly if my audience is not the buyer for what I am listing.
4. Based only on that, give me 5 ideas for this week's batch. For each: the hook, the one point it makes, the format (reel, carousel, quote card, text), and the platform it is really for.
5. Flag anything that flopped hard enough to be worth learning from.

If it was a flat week, say it was a flat week.

The tool is not the strategy. Blotato distributes. It does not decide what is worth saying. Kristi’s numbers moved because she started making more of what the analytics said people were saving. The software just meant she stopped losing afternoons to uploading.

The honest catches

We use this daily and would recommend it to a friend. Here is everything we would tell that friend before she signed up.

It is paid, and that is our affiliate link

Check current pricing at Blotato before you commit. Our link pays us a little if you subscribe and costs you nothing extra. We would be using it either way.

Always read before you approve

Bulk publishing is the best feature and the riskiest one. Claude will occasionally write a caption that is fine for TikTok and slightly unhinged for LinkedIn. Read the schedule every single time.

Fair Housing is on you, not the tool

The prompts here ask for property descriptions, not people descriptions, and they ask for your brokerage line. Claude is good at this when told. Still read every caption with your compliance hat on, because a violation goes out in your name.

Analytics depend on the platform, not on Blotato

Instagram needs a business or creator account connected properly, and you only get what each platform’s API hands over. A missing number is usually the platform holding it back. Two weeks is also a small window. Do not rebuild your strategy on one quiet fortnight.

The free skills work without Blotato, mostly

Only post-scheduler needs Blotato connected, and generate needs video credits. The rest are pure writing and thinking. Try the skills before you spend anything.

Transcription is good, not flawless

Street names, neighborhood names, prices and interest rates get mangled. That is why the market update prompt makes you check the transcript first. Ten seconds there saves six wrong posts.

What is the first thing you would stop uploading by hand? Blotato is here when you want to try it.

Some links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no cost to you.

Questions agents ask

Before you connect anything.

Is Blotato free?

No. It is a paid tool. Kristi is on the starter plan at $29 a month as of this writing. Check the current pricing yourself before you sign up. The eight Claude skills are free regardless.

Do I need Claude Design, or does this work from a normal chat?

A normal chat on claude.ai works. So does Cowork, so does Claude Design. Kristi builds the graphics in Design, makes faceless reels from a plain chat, and schedules from wherever she happens to be. Blotato does not care where the post came from.

Will it post something without asking me?

Only if you tell it to. Every prompt on this page ends with “show me the schedule and wait for my go,” and we mean it. Leave that line in and nothing goes out until you have read it.

Can I use this for a team or more than one brand?

Yes. Blotato connects multiple accounts per platform, and you name which ones in the prompt. Keep a separate brand brief per brand so the voice does not blur, and ask Claude to confirm which account it is scheduling to before you say go.

What about Fair Housing and my brokerage’s rules?

The prompts ask Claude to describe the property, not the people, and to include your brokerage line. That handles most of it. You are still the licensee. Read every caption the way your broker would before you approve the schedule.

Does this replace posting from my phone entirely?

For planned content, yes. Stories, live video and the in-the-moment stuff are still your phone, and they should be. Blotato takes the scheduled, designed posts off your plate so the phone is for the real-time ones.

Posting is solved once this is running. Making enough good content to post is the harder half, and it is the thing AI Marketing Academy has the deepest library on. Here is what you actually get inside it.
