Claude Tools for the Busy Agent
Three systems you can put to work the same day: a listing appointment briefing, a profit and loss report built from your bank statements, and a month of listing marketing from one address.

This was recorded April 24, 2026. Read this first.
It was one of the first two things we ever published, back when we were still working out what Claude could do. We are leaving it up unedited, because the systems still work and people are still watching and commenting on it, but you deserve to know what has aged.
What has aged is the screens, not the thinking. Claude has moved on since April, so some of the clicks in the video will not match what you see today. The three systems, and the reasoning behind each one, are the part worth your hour.
What has changed most is how we teach it. In April we handed people three finished systems and a lot of setup. Since then we have published a structured path that starts at the beginning, and two dozen build guides on this site. If any of this session moves too fast, that path is the fix.
The three systems
Most agents donβt need more hours. They need the hours they already have back. That is what these three were built to do, and each one has a newer relative on this site, linked underneath.
Listing Appointment Prep
Drop in an address and your comps. Claude comes back with two documents: an agent briefing written to be blunt with you, and a seller-facing summary written to build their confidence. Market analysis, competitive threats, pricing strategy, and the red flags worth raising before you are sitting at the table.
Kristi built this one. It asks you one question after its first pass β drop your comps and any MLS data β and then writes both halves.

Upload your bank and credit card statements. Claude categorizes every transaction and builds a profit and loss report with a ledger, a KPI dashboard, expense categories and confidence ratings on its own guesses. Then it reads your numbers back to you like a coach.
Merrill built this one, and he is honest about how: he did not design the report. He asked whether uploading bank statements could produce a quick profit and loss, and that structure is what Claude chose. The example in the session shows an agent spending 26.5 percent on marketing against a 10 to 12 percent target.

One address in, a full month of marketing out. 37 pieces of written copy, 9 draft emails, a landing page, an organized folder structure, and a tracking spreadsheet that emails both you and your seller on a weekly cadence. Under twenty minutes of Claude working, not twenty minutes of yours.
Kristi built this one too, and the honest limit is worth knowing up front: it delivers design plans, not finished graphics. She tried getting Claude to produce the Canva pieces and called them lame, so they were cut rather than shipped.

Once the skill is installed, the whole month of marketing starts from one sentence. Swap in a real address.
Getting the three skills
The skill files and the step-by-step walkthrough go out by email, the same way they went out to everyone who attended live.
We are moving every Claude for Agents resource onto this site so it lives in one place permanently. Until that is finished, email is the route.

If this moved too fast
This session assumed you already had Claude set up. If you do not, start at the bottom of the ladder and come back. It is six rungs, each one a short video, and it is the setup we wish we had handed people in April.
Questions
Is a session recorded in April still worth watching?
Yes, with one caveat. The three systems still hold up, and the thinking behind them is the part that matters. What has dated is the screens: Claude looked different in April, so a few clicks in the video will not match what you see today. Watch it for the systems, not the button positions.
Do I need to watch the CRM session first?
No. This session was designed to stand alone, and we said so on the day. If your database is a mess, the CRM session three weeks earlier is the better starting point, because most of these systems assume you can already find your people.
How do I get the three skill files?
They go out by email. Get on the Take It and Run list and we send the files and the walkthrough. We are in the middle of moving every resource onto this site, so this is the interim route, not the permanent one.
Which of the three should I start with?
Listing Appointment Prep. It pays for itself the first time you use it, it needs nothing but an address and your comps, and it does not touch your finances or your marketing calendar while you are still learning what Claude does.
What if I have never used Claude at all?
Start with the Claude Ladder instead, then come back here. This session assumed you already had Claude set up and running, and it moves fast. The Ladder is the version of that setup we wish we had handed people in April.
AI Marketing Academy, and the code that pays for itself
Everything on this page we built by hand with Claude, and we will show you how. AI Marketing Academy is the done-for-you version of the same jobs β blog content that answers what your market is actually asking, neighborhood market emails, listing video, listing heat scoring. We are members, we get access to the automations as AiM experts, and we are genuinely impressed by them.
Type the code at checkout or you overpay. There is no tracking link for this one. The code is the only thing that applies your discount, so copy it before you go.
Heads up so the click does not surprise you: their site opens a sign-in window with a Join toggle. Switch to Join, and the coupon field is at checkout.
Not sure yet? We wrote up what you actually get inside it, both tiers, no pricing games.
