The short version.
- Set up by text. Sign in with your phone number, connect Google Workspace and a few other apps, then just text it.
- It texts you first. It flagged that one meeting ran 5 to 6 and my next started at 6 somewhere else, with no travel time.
- It handles email. “Hey Instinct, send a quick reply that says…” and it does.
- My take. Claude and ChatGPT are far more robust. For quick reminders, replies and invites from your texts, it is genuinely useful. Think of it as Claude in your text messages.

Things with Miro, I go live on YouTube most business days. Just to talk about what I'm seeing, what I'm excited about, how I'm using AI specifically as it relates to real estate. So, if you're in some other industry, you're probably going to find this show very boring, but if you are in real estate, this is for you. Just kind of how I'm using AI right now and a little less of like, "Oh, here's a build, here's a thing to implement." and a little more just like, "Hey, this is on my mind today." so for those agents who are kind of interested in staying a little more cutting edge and trying new things and pushing the limits and staying curious. So anyway, right now and I'm sure you a lot of other people talking about this right now, so I'm sure I'm not the only one, but right now I am seeing a lot of people get really excited about a new AI called Instinct.
Now, here's the challenge with Instinct. It is an invite-only app and you have to be invited by an existing user and each existing user can invite five other users. So, I am going to put my invite link in the description of the YouTube video, but I don't know how long those five users are going to last. If you're watching this live, I haven't even put the link up after the video is done. I will be putting the link up so that the first five people can grab it. But, here's what Instinct is. If you if you've tried Claude or Codex or Code or some of the more robust AIs and you find them overwhelming to connect, you know, all the connectors and skills and you know, all of those things, I feel that Instinct I'm I haven't spoken to Instinct corporate, so perhaps I'm off on this, but Instinct is basically out to say, "We want to simplify how to use AI." Imagine using AI through nothing but text messages.
You don't have to download Claude or sign in to anything, right? You well, you sign in using your phone number once you set up your account, then it's going to ask you to, you know, connect your Google Workspace account or your Gmail or your calendar or a few of the other apps that you use. And then after that, you just text it. Like it texts you automatically. [clears throat] Sometimes you don't even have to remember to text it texts you. Just the other day, I was at a training and it said, "Oh, hey, you've got this meeting that's going to go from 5:00 to 6:00 and then you're supposed to be at this next spot right at 6:00, but you didn't give yourself any travel time.
What are you going to do about that?" So, just texts you. It sees things in your calendar, sees things in your email. We were in a training and we had a bunch of things that needed urgent responses, but we didn't have time to type it all out. So, Instinct just said, "Hey Instinct, can you send a quick reply to that email for me that says and it just handles it." So far, my experience with Instinct has been that it is very accurate and very easy to use. Again, think of it Think of it as like Claude if you've used Claude before or ChatGPT with all of your tools connected. Maybe you've connected your email and your calendar and things like that.
Except you're just going to run it all from text messages. You just open up your Instinct contact from your phone and say, "Hey Instinct, I need help with this." Or can you look at that? And it just goes in and handles it for you cuz it's connected to those tools just like Claude would be. My overall feeling is that Claude or ChatGPT are still vastly more robust. But, if you're looking for a quick little AI tool that can help you with some, you know, quick reminders and emails and calendar invites. And I'm sure it's much more robust and it's eventually going to do a lot more things. But I think the really fun part is just really easy to use and all over text messages.
You know, imagine Claude but just in your text messages, right? So, go check it out. Again, we're going to post the link in the video and I hope you guys find it to be a helpful and useful tool.
