The Story
Kristi Jencks is a Tom Ferry Certified Coach, real estate speaker, licensed agent in the East Valley of Arizona, and host of the Take It and Run podcast. She works with solo agents, teams, and brokerages nationwide — helping real estate professionals stop overthinking and start executing.
After becoming a licensed real estate agent, Kristi quickly noticed a gap that nobody was talking about: agents were handed a license and told to figure it out. There was no system. No playbook. No clear path to consistent results. So she built one — first informally, helping agents inside her own brokerage, then formally, as a client of Tom Ferry International, and eventually as a certified coach within that same organization.
That journey didn't happen in a vacuum. Kristi is a mother of eight and a cancer survivor — two realities that sharpened her belief that life is too short to wait for the perfect moment. Her coaching philosophy is built on the same principle she lives by personally: you don't need more information, you need more action.
